Product details
The positive and negative electrode plates are loaded from the material box and fed into the laminating machine through an automatic conveyor line. The diaphragm is automatically wound and corrected by a motor. After passing through a tension mechanism, it is introduced into the laminating table, which drives the diaphragm to move back and forth to the left and right workstations to place the electrode plates. Two sets of robotic suction cup mechanisms take out the positive and negative electrode plates from the material box, and after precise positioning on the positioning platform, they are stacked on the laminating table. There are four sets of pressure knife mechanisms on the laminating table that cross and press the electrode plates; Double station simultaneous stacking; After the lamination is completed, the mechanical arm clamping mechanism removes the battery cells, cuts off the diaphragm, transfers them to the gluing station, and automatically glues them. At the same time, the tail of the diaphragm is blown to the other side to start the automatic lamination of the next battery cell. The glued battery cells are placed into the battery tray on the conveyor line by the mechanical arm and transported to the next process.

High precision: Accurate positioning of the polarizer through visual inspection ensures an overall positional accuracy of ± 0.3mm when stacking the polarizer;

Automation: active unwinding, tension control, overall module correction, diaphragm anti-static, diaphragm alignment accuracy±0.3mm;

Pollution prevention: The material box and secondary positioning are equipped with effective dust collection mechanisms. The suction cup suction rod is made of non-metallic materials to prevent pollution. The positive and negative electrode material boxes and secondary positioning are isolated in between to prevent cross contamination of positive and negative electrode materials

High reliability: Components with high precision and high-speed operation are driven by linear motors;

Leak proof film: material box swing air, segmented brush, mechanical arm servo shaking film separation pole piece leak proof film ultrasonic sensor detects multiple pieces of leakage film;

High protection: Install an independent suction cup to attach the pole ear, preventing the pole ear from being too long during the stacking process, and high protection to prevent folding and stacking into the battery cell;

Anti missing corner: visually detect the four corners and ears of the pole piece to prevent the pole piece from missing corners or the ears from folding. Anti missing corner stacking into the battery cell.
